If customers are dissastisfied for any reason, a FULL refund is given anytime within the first month of the product start date. 

Live Virtual Delivery of GEDI content is provided using our partner Zoom. Users must be able to use the Zoom application for both video and Audio. Audio only phone numbers may also be available in your country, we do not charge for dial in service, however their may be charges by your phone service providers for making those calls that GEDI can not be responsible for.
